You can easily modify or delete items from the stock Android Settings.

Features

The app’s first launch will display a listing of all settings. Click the plus button to add another. By long pressing an item, you can either remove it from your computer or edit it by clicking on it. The name of the category and fragment to be launched can also be changed. It is also possible to change the order in which the categories and items are displayed.

Click the icon to launch an app in the Activity InstalledAppDetails
