About this release

Xposed IMEI Changer Pro APK is a legacy Xposed module for rooted Android phones. When a selected app asks Android for the phone’s IMEI, the module can return a replacement number to that app. On a device you manage, you can compare how the app behaves with the original identifier and the replacement. The modem and mobile network continue to use the original identifier. A missing IMEI cannot be repaired with this module.

The APK cannot work alone. An active Xposed-compatible framework is required. In LSPosed, the app being checked must also be included in the module’s scope. Root alone cannot load the module or place an app in its scope.

Different apps may report different numbers

In code, the module hooks two Android telephony calls: getDeviceId() and getImei(). A scoped app using either call can receive the module’s reply in place of the original IMEI. Software that relies on Android ID, reads another identifier, reuses an earlier value from its own data, or never makes those calls remains outside the module’s reach.

LSPosed loads a module only for apps placed in its scope. The dialer, Settings, and the target app are handled separately, so they do not have to show the same number. A changed value in one screen does not prove that every app receives it.

Random does not mean one number per session

Random mode makes a fresh numeric response each time one of the hooked methods is called. It does not pick a single random number and keep it until the next reboot. The same app may read one value at launch and another later. They will not necessarily match. Use the fixed setting when the app expects its device number to stay unchanged.

Manual mode uses the number you enter each time a hooked call arrives. Tap Apply, and that number is saved. The reboot prompt comes next. Once the phone starts again, the saved choice is still active. A later reboot does not bring back the original on its own. Select the original number in the app and tap Apply when you want to return to it.

The box does very little checking. It allows up to 18 characters. An entry with 14 digits or 16 triggers no warning, even though a standard IMEI contains 15. The check digit is ignored too. The app saves a mistake as typed, and you may not notice until the target software refuses the number.

A dual-SIM phone does not get separate controls for each slot. Both slot-aware hooks use the same setting. In fixed mode, SIM 1 and SIM 2 receive the same replacement, so the module cannot store two numbers independently.

A successful install does not confirm Android compatibility

The code targets an older Xposed and Android environment. It may install on Android 13, 14, 15, or 16, but that only confirms that the package manager accepted the APK. That says nothing about whether the hooks attached correctly or the target app still uses them. Android 10 and later also limit which ordinary apps can read IMEI data.

Compatibility has to be judged per app. A loaded module is not enough when the target app sits outside its scope or reads another identifier. There is no reliable evidence for universal compatibility across recent Android releases.

Read the result inside the app being examined, not only the dialer or Settings. The original IMEI means that the read was not replaced. A blank result leaves the app with no IMEI, while Android ID remains a separate identifier that this module does not touch.
