What to do

Rootless Pixel Launcher: Open the launchers settings. Next, choose Resicon Pack to be the icon pack. You can change the shape of the launcher to suit your needs.

Lawnchair Launcher 2: Open the launchers settings. Open Theme and then select Resicon Pack to be the icon pack. You can change the shape of the launcher to suit your needs.

Hyperion Launcher; Go to launchers settings. Open Iconography and then select Resicon Pack to be the icon pack. You can change the shape of the launcher to suit your needs.

Navigate to Nova Launchers Settings. Next, open Look and; feel. Then select Icon Style. Finally, choose Resicon Pack to be the icon pack. You can change the launchers shape.

What is the reason it shows Device Unsupported?
Android 8.0 introduces adaptive icons. The icon pack is only compatible with Android 8.0 devices.

What is the problem with my phone?
This icon pack works best on AOSP Android 8.0-based devices (Lineage OS Resurrection Remix AEX, etc.). The icon pack may not work with devices that have a customized shell. This is not the fault of the icon packs. Its the OEMs problem. You can request a refund by following the steps.
