After many years teaching Korean to international students, I discovered that many of them use an app to learn Korean.

So I created an app to improve Korean language skills for learners based on my long-standing experience teaching Korean.

Although I did not have the technical skills required to create an app, I was able to learn coding from Dave, an American programmer.

Now we have the "podo" app.

1. LESSON

We want to learn Korean. It is more than just learning words. Instead of memorizing hundreds of words, focus your attention on a small number that you use every day.

The 'podo" lessons aim to teach as many words as possible, with as few words as most people use.

2. LEARNING

Students with basic Korean language skills are able to read fluently. The articles in the books and on the Internet are difficult to comprehend, which can lead you to lose your confidence.

Only Korean-speaking readers can read and'podo. I created interesting content about Korea using simple words and expressions. It is possible to practice your speaking skills while listening to the native speakers pronounce it.

3. WRITING

Many students, even advanced ones, have trouble writing Korean. Although you may be able to get corrections via language exchange websites or apps, it is not always the right answer. It can be difficult to see why it is necessary to correct such things.

You can receive feedback and corrective corrections from reliable Korean teachers in the "podo" writing section.

4. COLLECTION

Learn 'podo' readings and lessons. You can quickly collect the vocabularies you need to expand your storage. Flashcards can be used to repeat these collections.
