NOTES
Do not assume that a quiet-room reading of 0 dBA will occur. A quiet room with an average reading of 30 dBA to 130 dBA will have a range between 30 and 30 dBA.
For serious applications that require greater precision or accuracy, custom calibration may be recommended. You will require a calibrated sound meter or external device to calibrate the instrument. Then adjust the trimming values until it matches the reference.
