Media player that supports USB audio DACs or HiRes audio chips. Compatible with the most recent phones. You can play at any resolution or sample rate the DAC supports. The app has a MQA Core Decoder since version 5. (In-app purchase necessary). MQA (Master Quality authenticated) is a British award-winning technology which reproduces the sound from the master recording. MQA files are small enough that they can be streamed or downloaded, and also backward-compatible. Many tracks are in MQA on the Tidal streaming site that is supported by USB Audio Player Pro. MQA encoders can be used to unfold MQA streams from 44.1/48kHz up to 88.2/96kHz. It also works with USB DACs which have a MQA renderer, such as iFi / Ztella. AudioQuest DragonFly/iFi/Ztella can further unfold the MQA stream at higher sample rates.
