Custom: Make your own custom timer sequences
You can create your workout and exercise schedule using this mode. This mode is useful when the TABATA or EMOM ones don’t allow for enough flexibility. It’s perfect for cardio or conditioning!
The stopwatch can display next interval names, but you also have the option to add your custom name (e.g. Running)
You can stop the clock and restart the exercise you are doing, if necessary.
The app also works in the background. It allows you to be notified about new intervals, or just keep track with a notification when it is locked.

You will see a countdown just before the clocks start so that you can set your workout and get on that bike or rower!
Round Counter for AMRAP and FOR TIME modes. This allows you to keep track how many rounds have been played (no more need for chips) as well as the split times.
– The new round starts 3 seconds before it begins (in EMOM TABATA or CUSTOM). This allows you to be prepared for it. The clock’s color will change when a new interval begins so that you can easily see from faraway.
