Except for POWER ON, all remote buttons work. Your TV doesn't have WiFi connectivity when it is off, so the WiFi commands cannot be processed by your TV.

Mode for Infrared Ir Blaster

- Your phone must have an inbuilt IR blaster such as the Samsung Galaxy S Note 4 LG Galaxy G3/G4/G5 HTC ONE Xiaomi Mi / Redmi, etc.
