It is not an independent app. Smart Style iOS widgets need KWGT PRO app (not free version).

Installation:

Get Smart iOs style widgets and the KWGT Pro application

Tap on the homescreen to select Widget

Select KWGT Widget

Click on the widget to choose Smart Style iOS widgets

Select the widget you prefer

Enjoy!

To correct the size of the widget, use the scaling option in the KWGT menu.
