Our system makes it easy to track and manage your products. Smart Inventory allows you to manage inventory remotely from any computer, mobile device or operating system. Our system supports collaboration. Our cloud system allows multiple users to access and manage one inventory.

Inventory is categorised on 3 levels.

Item: Items are products or articles that are countable and can be moved. You can keep track of the movements and count of items by identifying their numbers. Example: 1 carton of milk, 3 notebooks and 2 glasses.

You can group objects by their similarities with groups You can use this to group objects by similar attributes, such as their size or shelf number.

Tags: This allows you to add more details to groups such as the third layer.

This categorization system makes it possible to build your inventory horizontally using relations. It is easy to create relations using tags and items groups. This allows you to control your inventory.

Your objects can be added to the system with their names, pictures and barcodes. You can add as much information as you like to your objects.

You can also add quantity values and track every change in quantity by adding quantity annotations. You can view the quantity change over time, and retrieve reports with annotations about these changes.

The most popular universal QR codes and universal barcodes are supported. Scannable codes make it easy to manage your objects. You can scan the objects to access their details. Scanner Mode allows you to change the quantities of your items by scanning only their codes. Our application can create a barcode and QR code for objects that you don't have.

Once you have registered, your inventory can be sent to our cloud-based secure system. You can also share it with other users. Other users should use the same account to access identical inventory. Our web application allows you to access your inventory from your computer.

You can import and export your existing lists into the program or access reports from other systems by using the importing/exporting functions. Importing system can handle bulk operations. Users can easily share reports by exporting to Google Drive.

You can create new tags and items manually, and then print the QR codes generated by your system. These QR codes can be used to track objects using the scanning feature.

Premium users can only access our cloud system and certain features. All details regarding our premium system can be found on the Premium page of our app.

The app cannot automatically scan barcodes in an online database to locate details. You will need to add the barcodes first to your inventory in order for it scan them.
