The Shortcut Manager app allows you to make shortcuts of Android apps and other shortcuts. This app is an app shortcut maker and app icon changer that allows you to place icons for your apps on the home screen. Shortcut manager allows you to customize app icons and shortcuts. It can be used to create shortcuts from Icon packs of gallery photos.

With the personalized icon, you can make shortcuts for direct dial sms or other options in Android OS.
