SDR Touch is a USB cable that connects hardware SDR receivers with Android. Any mobile device or tablet that supports USB host/OTG can be transformed into a portable scanner and spectrum analyzer. RTL-SDR, NeSDR, SDRplay, and HackRF drivers are available. Record and listen to FM radio stations over the air with RDS weather and emergency radios. Radio frequency coverage ranges from 20 MHz up to 2.2GHz depending on the hardware. SDR Touch modulates FM narrowband AM broadcast radio FM signals into the upper and lower sidebands (USB), respectively.

The RDS monitor has a built-in RDS scanner that will enable you to explore the digital data feeds most FM stations broadcast. The information includes: the program type (PTY), country of broadcasting (ECC), date and time(CT), unique program identifiers (PI), list of alternate frequencies (AF), and advanced statistics on the digital RDS carrier.

SDR Touch can receive live radio through external USB devices. It runs completely offline, and doesn't require an internet connection or data plan. SDR Touch can be taken anywhere to discover what lies in the radio spectrum.

To run SDR Touch, you'll need to connect your SDR receiver to the Android device via a USB OTG cable.
