RunPlan makes it easy to organize your training and racing calendars. RunPlan can be used as your personal running coach. You can select a personalized marathon training program or 5k training programme. The Couch to 5k program is a great way to get started. Make sure to keep your race schedule up-to-date!
races
What are the remaining weeks before your next race? To make it easy to see the race list and a countdown, add races time trials and your parkrun events. We'll give you the speed required to reach that target time if you fill in the time limit. You can add additional information, such as the race start time and location. Your next race will be displayed on the homepage. You can choose from 5k, 10k or half-marathon marathon distances.
Sessions
The main part of the app is your list of running sessions. This section contains key information about your running sessions, such as the warm-up and main set cool down and the date. It also includes the type of training and estimated distance. The estimated distance can be used to determine your weekly mileage, including distances for races. It is shown at the top. It will help you plan a reasonable weekly workload. To avoid repeating the same information, save templates.
Plan
You can either create your own plan, or you can use one from us. All levels of runners can get personalised running training plans. Choose from the Couch to 5k Improvement Plan 5k Training plan or Marathon Training Plan. The Couch to 5k plan will help you get started. It takes you from walking and jogging to steady running for 30 minutes. You'll be ready to run in your local parkrun. Based on your 5k pace, the improver's plan can go from two to four runs per week to up to four runs. For runners who run regularly but want structure, there is a 4-week repeatable training block that can be used. The plan can also be used for marathon training, half-marathon training and 10k training. The marathon training program is a long-term plan that builds to a goal race pace in 16 weeks.

Get in touch with RunPlan users. You can view their full race list and details about the next session. You can copy a race that they have run into your running plan. You can quickly view the plans of your friends and possibly join them at their next race or training session.
