"ROOMS: The Toymaker's Mansion" is an original puzzle inspired by platformer and sliding puzzle games. The mansion is a maze of rooms that can slide together like puzzle pieces. Players must find the way out by using the rooms to move and what's in them. The mansion is filled with gadgets that make it more difficult and complicated. The world is fairytale-like and full of magic objects and scary stories. In this game, the player plays the role of Anne, an innocent girl who got trapped in the mansion. The dark legend surrounding the mansion is revealed as the story progresses.

There are more than 500 levels and they can be broken down into four themes or mansions. Anne has the ability to use special abilities such as using her cellphone to teleport, placing bombs and moving rooms simultaneously in basements within each mansion.
