What's the Ken Burns Effect?

An animatics, also called the Ken Burns Effect, is a panning and zooming motion picture effect that can be used to create motion pictures from still photographs. Slow zooming is used to create a panning effect on a static photo.

What is PZPIC?

PZPIC can be intuitively used and is fun.

1. Choose a photo from the gallery

2. Choose the aspect ratio you want your video made in.

3. You can zoom in and out on the red rectangle to select keyframes within the image.

4. To add the keyframe, press plus (press Minus to delete it).

5. Choose delay (delay between keyframes, moving speed)

6. Optional: Select the music to play in your video

7. You can save as an MP4

# Aspect Ratio: Select 4:3 (16:9 square) (Instagram feed). 3:4 and 9:16 respectively for TikTok or Instagram Story Snapchat.

# Timer: select delay

# Music: Choose the music you want to play in your video

# Throw away all keysframes and current pictures

# Save the video to mp4

# Add a keyframe by pressing the Plus button
