Important Note:

Plane Finder detects real-time ADSB signals from aircraft that are used to send positional data to ground-based receivers. It is more efficient than conventional radar, and can be used to control air traffic and for navigation. ADS-B does not currently exist for all aircraft or airlines. However, this trend is shifting and ADS-B tracking is becoming more popular. For North America, traditional radar data is available in close real-time. However, this may be subject to some delay.
