This app allows you to hook into your domain name resolution, and block access from filtered hosts. This can be used to filter unwanted hosts that are associated with malware phishing tracking or more based upon a hostlist.

It can be used to detect malware and filter ads on Android 4.2 or newer without root access.

PersonalDNSfilter can also be used to change the DNS servers of any trusted upstream DNS server. You can also use it to support encrypted DNS servers via DoH and DoT.

Filtering can be done locally - we don't receive any tracking data.

It can be run locally on your computer or as a DNS server centrally in your network.
