Next Track allows you to skip tracks, mute music or stop it using volume controls. Next Track can be used with any standard music player to turn off the screen and control music. You can change the volume key while you listen to music. Select single, double or long-press actions. Next Track is not like other apps.

You can download it for free and test it out on your smartphone to ensure it works. The free version allows you to skip the previous track by pressing the volume down key. The volume will be lower if you double-press the volume down key. Volume up is unmodifiable. This is it! You don't need to do anything complicated.

Next Track is only available while the music is still playing. When music is off, your volume buttons will work as normal.

Notes:

Volume-up actions don't work when the volume is max

Long press actions will require an adb command to be sent from a phone with a PC.

This may not be compatible with some Huawei phones that have a screen off
