* The app does not create a VPN connection to allow you to stop network traffic from apps that do not have root access. It does not ask for dangerous permissions like Location Contacts and SMS Storage. You can be sure that the program does not attempt to connect to remote servers to steal your private data. Use it with confidence!
This app uses the VPN framework from Android OS. If you turn it on, it will not allow you to use any other VPN apps at once. It may also drain your battery.
* Instant messaging apps like Skype and IM apps may make use of Google Play services in order to get incoming messages if there is no internet. You may need to also block Google Play services in order to stop receiving messages from IM apps.
Android OSs Battery Optimization may disable VPN apps when the phone is in sleep mode, to conserve battery. To keep the optimization working, you might need to add Net Blocker to your whitelist.
*Why cant I hit the OK button in this dialog?
You might have this problem if you use an app that overlays other apps, such as blue filter apps. These apps might overlay the VPN dialog, so you cannot click OK. This bug is in Android OS and should be corrected by Google through an OS update. If your Android OS is not yet fixed, you might need to disable the light filter app and restart it.
