Start Google Maps Navigation. Instructions will be sent to your smartwatch.

Troubleshooting

Make sure your Gear Watch is connected to the Phone.

If you still see the Ready message, please make sure that the maps notifications are enabled on your smartphone (Go to Settings and/Apps and/Maps) and turn on Show notifications.
