ROOT IS REQUIREDMemory locker stops running applications being stopped by a lack of memory. If you have a lot of apps or other applications that use a lot of your RAM, this problem can occur. In such cases, the system may start killing some running applications because of out of memory. This is a common example. It slows down the device and causes launcher to restart. The same applies to other apps running in the background, such as widgets or current open app. You can prevent your apps being killed by Memory Locker.

The Memory Locker manages files located in the /data directory. It also monitors system files found in root to set oom_adj. After each reboot, all locked programs are automatically locked so that you don’t have to lock them again.

Edit local.prop in the /data directory to get full functionality

HOW IT WORKS

Apps can be divided into 2 groups: Downloaded apps and System apps

Click on the lock to unlock/lock selected applications

Optionally, set the oom_adj priority (default: -17).

It is possible to only lock one application in a non-premium edition.
