You can manually apply your launcher if it is not in the app's list.

Then, go into the Launcher Settings and apply the Pack!

Google Now Launcher doesn't support icon packs

The MIUI Launcher doesn't support icon packs

Go Launcher users: Go Launcher currently does not allow icon masking.
