Each character will be taken through an investigation, which will lead them to different places. These locations could include the haunted Victorian home or abandoned hospital that has forbidden experiments. Or the jungle in which forgotten tribes hold rituals. Each level is randomly generated, so each game will offer a unique experience. They also vary depending on which character you are playing. 5 CHARACTERS 5 MYTHOS CAN BE FIGHTEN 5 WAYS

Five different characters can be played, each one with their own storyline and play style. You can play as a private detective, a professor, a thief or a witch. Each character has different stats and different combat moves. This creates five completely different gaming experiences. With average health and stamina, the Detective is a balanced character. The Professor is an expert in ranged combat and has a unique shield that his weapon, the Tillinghast, grants. Although the Witch is able to teleport and create elemental shields from fire and water, she also has very little Health. The Thief, a melee specialist who uses her stealth to increase her damage, is an expert in melee combat. Ghouls do a lot in melee combat and have high health. They can also regenerate themselves but cannot use any medkits.

* Get to know the Mythos in order to defeat them. To be able to take on the Great Old Ones, you must have knowledge of them. Otherwise you will go insane.
