Kwarn Armada Tactics, also known as KAT, is an unusual combination of strategy and action. Each unit has lines of attack that can either strengthen or destroy allied units. Your units should be placed strategically to build powerful formations that will be able to counter the assaults of your enemy.

This easy gameplay offers large tactical options and allows for quick handling.

You can choose which side you want!

Select one of six generals to lead your troops onto the battlefield.

Your armada and's strategy is defined by the general: large assaults, fast attacks impassable defense ruses/diversions guerilla war or destabilization

Three powers allow each general to win the war: drones, powerful units that can capture camouflage speed and power increases etc.

Shielded heavy units can crush any defense formation!

You can use light units to evade enemy attacks, and they are great for harassing your opponents!

The medium units will make up the core of your armada!

You can use transport units to either bring your units into the hearts of your enemy's armada, or create diversion!

To surprise your enemy, customize your units and use equipment!

You can install equipment on your drones. The bomb turns the unit into an explosive suicide bomber. A teleporter moves a unit to the center of enemy defense. The virus destroys enemy defenses.

Take on your adversaries in brutal duels!

Every battlefield has its own surprises, whether you are fighting a snowstorm to immobilize your units or asteroid fields which threaten your troops.

Long game length

KAT has a campaign mode which follows the different factions.

As you progress through the game, your generals will have an upgrade on each level. Each of the 27 drones can be upgraded on every 10 levels. To help you complete the toughest missions, new equipment will be available for your armada.

It has taken a lot of work to improve the AI in the game. The AI is able to select from dozens of tactics, hundreds of unit formations and can make each player's experience unique.

Quick play lets you set up an instant battle against AI or another player using 14 game modes.

Comics inspired graphical style

KAT''s visual style is inspired from comics, and transforms the gaming experience into an immersive journey into dark and compelling science fiction worlds.

Campaign mode can be told using animated comics.
