Any type of habit that you wish to incorporate into your day can be defined. You can pick a daily time and day of the week to implement each habit. Exercise once per day, Mondays through Saturdays.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays You can set up multiple reminders for each habit to remind you as often as necessary throughout the day.
