To apply the theme, you will need the substratum App from the Play Store

* Rooted

IMPORTANT! You'll find the drop-down menu at the top of your overlays when you open substratum. Whichever version of ROM Android you are using, the one that is most appropriate for your needs will be chosen. You can also find overlays that have different versions for certain Android versions.

HOW TO Apply theme. Click on the floating action to select all overlays. Reboot after the process has finished. Select all overlays you have previously created and click the floating action button to enable it again. Enjoy your theme. To update an overlay, you must first disable it Build andUpdate and then enable. Except for Android System overlay, there is no need to reboot.

Clean install is recommended after every update. Uninstall any overlays from Susbstratum Manager, reboot the computer and do it again as you did the first time. If an update to an app in the Play Store causes it to close, you can uninstall any overlays and then reinstall it. If you desire a fully functioning theme, I suggest that auto-update be disabled from the Play Store.
