Magnetic field calculator page calculates Earth’s historical or current magnetic field at any given place. Because it is the difference between magnetic and true north, magnetic declination can be used for navigation purposes. Calculated field inclination, total intensity and other parameters are also available. The International Geomagnetic Reference Field model is used in this tool (IGRF-13). See http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/IAGA/vmod/igrf.html for full details. All years from 1900 to 2025 can be supported.
