The Bodylastics resistance band system users can download this app. This app is not compatible with the Bodylastics resistance band systems.

1. This shows all resistance levels available for the Bodylastics system. You can adjust the resistance in small steps using different bands.

2. The app allows you to set the resistance (in lbs. or kg). It will then show you the bands you need in order to achieve this resistance.

3. You can set resistance in one mode by pulling on only one side of the band. Or, it can be used in two modes - both sides of the band can be pulled.

Max Tension XT is your system. You want 50 pounds resistance to exercise. You can choose from the following bands.
