CUSTOM SCREENS (Learn how to create one here: http://joaoapps.com/autocast/custom-screens/)
AutoCast makes it easy to create custom screens.
Full Screen Media. You can use this feature to cast audio and video in fullscreen so that they appear their best. You can, for example, cast slideshows and listen to system audio from your smartphone. You can also watch a movie with AutoCast and receive your Android notifications directly on your TV. A slideshow can be created that includes photos and videos.
– Alternate Home Screen. This screen is very similar to Chromecast’s homescreen, but you can upload any photos and add information to it such as the weather conditions or the temperature in your house. You also have all of the AutoCast features, such as notifications and music.
If the web page permits, you can cast any page that is already online.
AutoCast’s goal is to have people around the globe create their very own custom screens that you can import into AutoCast.
AutoCast allows you to cast any YouTube playlist or video on to any screen. AutoShare allows you to cast YouTube videos from any Android Web browser. AutoRemote allows you to cast playlists from YouTube.
AutoCast allows you to cast media from a growing number of sites and sources, including Flickr Gametrailers, Dropbox Vimeo and many more. You can, for example, create a slideshow from all photos found on Flickr Explore. You can also cast Gametrailers videos from any Android RSS reader.
AutoCast also allows you to send messages directly from Chromecast to Android devices. This means that you can create apps for collaborative casting, such as a photo editor in which multiple users are working on the same image.
CONTROL AND INFORMATION
AutoCast can be used to control media playback, as well as other apps such as YouTube Google Play Music and Plex. It also gives you information about what’s currently being played so that you can build a remote Chromecast control on your computer.
