Amazon's latest update to the Fire TV has broken the connection between Apps2Fire (Fire TV) and Apps2Fire. At the first connection, you will need to approve Allow USB Debugging for Fire TV. When you see this dialogue, please confirm it.

It is often helpful to turn off the developer option and then on again in case of trouble.

Perhaps you are having trouble finding your favourite app on FireTV. This app Apps2Fire allows you to upload all Android apps from your tablet or mobile phone to your Fire TV Stick or Fire TV.

Only need to turn on the developer option for your fire TV and then enter the address of the fire TV in Apps2Fire.

Sideloading makes use of the Fire TV's developer options, as explained in Apps2Fire's help section. Sometimes developer options can be unreliable, so take your time. You can switch the Fire TV's developer options off if you have problems. Fire TV will then restart frequently.
