You can get a 6 pack in as little as 2 weeks! This challenging training will require you to complete 2 sets in 7 days, and then 3 sets the following 7 days. 8-Minute Workout, 15-Minute Workout

For the first seven days, you will be doing a short 8-minute workout. The next seven days will see a longer 15-minute workout.
